Everything about this hotel was great. The staff members were excellent and helpful. Our room was huge and new-fashioned provided with TVs, comfortable bed and the direct sunlight. The food we tried was excellent and they have lots of meals to choose from.

The double room was nicely furnished with a comfortable bed. the location was perfect, just a short distance from everything we wanted to visit. - We found a Gasthof a couple of blocks away from the hotel where we had supper.

I found the gastro-spa voucher very interesting; for 20 euros you can enjoy the whole day at the spa + 1 lunch or dinner with dessert, coffee and drinks included. The waitress at the restaurant is super friendly and professional.

Although quite friendly, little willingness on the part of the reception staff; the agency had confirmed large bed availability but when I arrived at the Hotel they provided me with a room with two Twin beds claiming that the Hotel was full and there was no availability without even checking. I also requested the option of checking out later if possible which was also denied for the same reason, which did not convince me because even if the hotel was full on Saturday, which I doubt, on Sunday it was almost certain that it was not even 40% occupied. The lady did not bother to check either.

It's clean and practical. Friendly staff. spa is fine. We didn't want anything else for a city hotel.

It's not a four star by a long shot. The mattresses already need a change, and I'm not telling you about the mattresses, they sounded like every move. The decoration is really cold (almost non-existent), minimalism and modernism have been confused with the austerity that is now absent. In the bathroom there are no amenities (which seem silly, but they are not in a hotel of that category), the soap was in single-dose containers on the wall, in an old and not very clean container that we say. If someone wanted to use the bidet there was no way... Breakfast... even in a 3-star hotel is not that bad these days. Sandwiches made a lot of them totally dry and cold. One of the worst coffees I've ever had... The key system to go to the hotel is embarrassing, and if you don't return it immediately, having to go wet and cold to the reception, they block the entrance to your room.

Correct rooms, friendly staff and a spa with new and good facilities. Very good garage with easy access and ample parking spaces (worth the 5 euros a day) The location of the hotel is what it is, typical 4 star industrial estate but we already knew that, we were not looking for views. The spa is very good and so is the staff, who will advise you on the best time to enjoy the spa, for example. The hotel is very quiet, not a sound all new and in perfect condition. Correct and free wifi, they use "R Cable" from internet provider and you get a decent 10/5 connection in speed test without any major problems.

A rather mediocre breakfast, one of the most unassorted buffet breakfasts I have seen in a 4-star hotel. Symbolic fruits and horrid coffee. The whole theme of soaps, shampoo, ... in the bathroom went with dispensers. You don't get the typical toilet bag with soaps and hygiene sets from other hotels. The dispensers are attached to the tile with some kind of not very stable sticker/glue.

We stayed for four nights in this hotel and truth is that we can't put up much of a fight; we paid 260 euros for a double room with an extra bed (excellent price of 65 euros/night for a four-star hotel), they really put us up in a very large triple room with a double bed and a single bed. We did not choose the breakfast option, as it costs 8. 80 euros per person and area is full of bars; we did not hire the parking lot either, at 5 euros per day, as we noticed that it was very easy to park in the area. hotel is in a very unattractive place, in an industrial area, it has a quick access to the motorway, big shopping centre next to it and a lot of restaurants in the area. room, big, with air conditioning, safe, mini bar with all products at 2 euros (water, beer, coke and some snacks), plenty of plugs, with poor distribution and some comfortable beds but moved too much. To emphasize the spa, small but very complete, with an offer that for 10 euros allows customers to spend almost all day in it. attention, fantastic, by both the spa staff and hotel.

To put some but, the beds had a sheet type duvet, so if you covered yourself with it you were very hot, and if not, there was no option to cover yourself with something else. Apart from this detail, I think that from a four star hotel that charges you a triple room at 65 euros it is impossible to ask for more.

There's free parking nearby, they charge you to put your car in the parking lot and they have it almost empty.

We stayed with a 4 year old girl and that day there was a techno music festival with the stage in the window of the room they had given us, they were not able to give us another room, we stayed until 4:00 in the morning without being able to sleep and they did not give us any type of solution more than to fill up the form of complaints because according to them it was not problem of them, total that they ruined us a whole day of vacations since the following day we were made dust of not sleeping and we could not do anything, the worse thing is that at the moment of the checkin the person who took care of us lied to us to the face, said that to us that to 1:00 the music ended knowing that it was not like that, because the hotel staff recognized us the next day that they knew the schedule of the event and did not even deign to apologize for any detail or compensation, they do not look at all for the client, they only care about charging you as soon as you arrive and what happens next is not their business,A shame, another thing that you can not understand is that the keys open more rooms than they give you with what you can open the room and take everything and of course they will not be responsible for anything, by mistake we got the wrong room and entered another room, is incredible! But I am not the first person to complain about this and they do not put a solution. I wouldn't stay here anymore, nothing ever happens until it's your turn and you have to get annoyed and that's it.

Everything was clean to say the least (room, Spa and massage booths), food in the restaurant was delicious and attention of the staff (receptionists, restaurant, cleaning services and SPA workers) was wonderful: they fixed all the little problems that arose and helped us as much as they could. large and spacious room, soundproofed and very clean. You have the possibility to rent bikes for free and take a nice walk around.

To put a "but", I would say the location, they make it clear at all times that it is a hotel that is located in a polygon rather on the outskirts of Ferrol and you have to walk a little to the center (about fifteen minutes). Anyway, next to the hotel there is a shopping centre and street behind it is full of bars and restaurants in case you feel like going out for a drink, so the location itself in our case was not a problem.
